Gigaset Alarm, Messaging and Location (AML) enables companies of all sizes and from a wide range of sectors to significantly improve their work processes in all areas and increase the long-term safety of their employees.

At the heart of this highly efficient solution are the scalable, reliable Gigaset N670 IP PRO, N770 IP PRO and N870 IP PRO DECT IP systems. In combination with an alarm server, they offer intelligent messaging management with priority-based signalling.

Seamless handover and roaming allow employees to use their Gigaset R700H PRO, R700H protect PRO, S700H PRO and SL850H PRO professional series handsets to activate alarms, read messages and respond in an emergency.

In addition, accurate location determination is guaranteed. The AML functionalities are activated via licences and can be integrated into both existing and new Gigaset DECT IP installations.

Gigaset Redirect and Provisioning Environment (GRAPE)

The Gigaset Redirect and Provisioning Environment (GRAPE) enables secure zero-touch telephone implementation. As a reseller, you can manage all your customers and their telephones remotely, avoiding costly on-site visits. Set up redirection rules and product default settings and create provisioning templates anytime, anywhere.

GRAPE is completely free for Gigaset partners and customers and can be used with all Gigaset IP devices. Gigaset hosts its service in the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area, Germany, and naturally complies with both strict German data protection legislation and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The software is also developed and maintained by development teams in Europe.

By entering the MAC address and provisioning URL, a device is redirected to your desired provisioning server, which provides firmware and automatic configuration for your Gigaset IP device.
