With the announcement that Avaya will stop supporting public cloud contact centers under 200 seats as of June 30, 2025 (source: CX Today), the demand for flexible alternatives is greater than ever. Avaya customers with fewer than 200 seats can cancel their subscriptions free of charge, provided they give written notice before the deadline. More product changes at Avaya
Avaya will stop supporting AXP service bundles with Avaya Voice Recording (AVR) as of June 30, 2025. In addition, AXP Voice Only and All Media packages with AVR will disappear from the offering as of March 3, 2025. Also, integration with X (formerly Twitter) will be removed from AXP Social Media Direct Channels on March 1, 2025.
