Enghouse Interactive maintains many strategic and technological partnerships worldwide that help it to continuously optimize its own contact center offerings. The communications specialist is now strengthening its partnership with Dutch company BusinessCom BV, thereby expanding the portfolio of Enghouse solutions for its business partners.
BusinessCom B.V. is a distributor of ICT hardware and services, both in the cloud and on-prem. The company supplies exclusively to resellers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Scandinavia and the Baltic States. BusinessCom supports around 1,800 resellers from its two locations in Veghel (Netherlands) and Merchtem (Belgium).
BusinessCom offers its cloud and subscription services under the brand name “My-Connect”. With advantageous combination options:
• Wide range of wholesale cloud services for telephony, unified communications (UC), networking and cybersecurity,
• SIP trunking and connections,
• Additional hardware such as networking equipment and endpoints,
• Short communication channels, expertise and support (technical and commercial) that have characterized BusinessCom for years.
Enghouse offers a wide range of CX solutions for use in the cloud, on-prem or on a hybrid platform. These include “EnghouseAI”, which increases agent productivity and thus optimizes customer benefits, highly scalable omnichannel contact centers with real-time speech analysis, video conferencing systems, attendant consoles in the Cisco environment and quality management solutions.
