NEC goes full focus on UCaaS with UNIVERGE BLUE

In an official message, NEC announced last week that it is completely shifting its focus to Cloud regarding Unified Communications, collaboration and telecommunications. In this area, NEC has the UNIVERGE BLUE portfolio.

In the reporting, NEC indicates that it will eventually discontinue the on-premise solutions and thus focus all its efforts on UNIVERGE BLUE, the all-in-one UCaaS solution for collaboration and accessibility. The solution offers telephony, chat, video, file sharing, archiving, supplemented with a professional Contact Center that can also be delivered over-the-top. All this can be managed centrally in HostPilot. With UNIVERGE BLUE you offer your customers a complete workplace that is fully SOC2 compliant and has deep integration with Microsoft Teams. UNIVERGE BLUE works with its own international SIP Trunk service; Calling traffic has been purchased for 22 countries per seat.
