Zoom has added new Accreditations for AI Companion, Workvivo, and Workplace for business partners to Update their knowledge and skills with the Zoom platform.
First, there is a new Sales (ZSA) Accreditation available for Zoom AI Companion and Custom AI Companion:
• Zoom Sales Accreditation (ZSA) – Zoom AI Companion 2025
New Workvivo Accreditations are available for Sales, Technical Sales and Deployment roles:
• Zoom Sales Accreditation (ZSA) – Workvivo 2026
• Zoom Technical Sales Accreditation (ZTSA) – Workvivo 2026
• Zoom Deployment Accreditation (ZDA) – Workvivo 2026
An updated Support Accreditation is available covering the full set of products within Zoom Workplace:
• Zoom Support Accreditation (ZSUA) – Zoom Workplace 2025
