The program, first announced in September, offers short, focused videos that help partners sell, implement, and support the latest Zoom products. A key benefit: participants can now also earn points in the Proficiency category of the Zoom Up Program, which directly impacts their company’s partner status.

The ‘Bite-Sized Learning’ format stems from concrete questions from partners themselves. The short, role-specific videos are designed to efficiently convey essential Zoom knowledge without compromising a full work schedule. Through curated playlists, partners gain access to current information about Zoom solutions.

Three specialized programs are currently available:
